Job Description
The Trust & Safety, Integrity and Fraud Product team prevents fraud, abuse and account takeover while balancing seamless UX. Deliveroo is hiring multiple Senior PM seats — vertical fraud teams (consumers, couriers or merchants) or horizontal platform teams (risk engine, signals, automation, identity verification).
You will set vision, ship AI-enabled detection and case workflows, and partner with Engineering, Data Science, Compliance and Risk Operations.
What you'll do
- Set long-term product strategy for a fraud vertical or horizontal platform team
- Prevent, detect and mitigate fraud/abuse using AI systems and automation
- Build fraud operations workflows that prioritise investigations and stop harm earlier
- Develop customer-focused roadmaps with Ops, Data Science, Design and Engineering
- Translate needs into clear requirements; define instrumentation and success metrics
- Build business cases and executive reviews covering fraud trends and P&L impact
